It's true that the heater in the living area didn't work, but the heaters in the bedroom and bathroom did keep us warm and cozy. One of the most surprising things was the amazing breakfast we had at the Whisk Away Cafe downstairs. It was absolutely delicious and fueled us up for the day ahead. Plus, having a washer in the apartment made packing a breeze, allowing us to only bring 4 carry-on bags for our 2-week trip. The staff were super attentive and quick to respond to any of our needs, and it was so convenient to have them working at the cafe. the pros of this apartment were off the charts. We couldn't have asked for a better location, amazing amenities, and such top-notch service.
